Zac was the original full-stack web developer, which combined with his background in commercial underwriting, allowed him to single-handedly build applications that processed and netted the firm hundreds of millions in additional loans. He eventually built a team of 14 employees that processed over $3Bn in loans.

Zac has sat on the Fannie Mae tech committee, the Mortgage Bankers Association tech roundtable and advised several real estate startups. He dropped out of Australian National University to pursue his first startup.

Maxwell leads sourcing, structuring, credit analysis, underwriting and business development.

Formerly, Maxwell was a private equity real estate investment and operations professional. He has experience managing institutional private equity funds of over $1.4B in equity, underwriting single asset and portfolio acquisitions as well as structuring complex joint ventures and limited partnerships. Strategies included commercial real estate equity, distressed CRE mortgage loans, CMBS, CDOs, whole loans, B-notes and mezzanine debt.

Prior to joining TapCap, he was a principal at PNE Holdings, a private investment firm focused on unique real estate companies and technology investments. Maxwell attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and received a Masters in Real Estate from Columbia University.

David manages and oversees all sales functions at TapCap.

Before joining TapCap, David worked in investment sales in NYC, focusing on the sale of multifamily and commercial properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. He started his career in the industry at Rosewood Realty and later left to launch his own firm, Archer Companies.

Before that, David worked in property management overseeing a portfolio of over one thousand apartments for a family office. Prior, he spent four years in accounting at PWC and Ernst & Young, focusing on real estate audit for the largest landlords across the country.

Prior to joining TapCap, Ken was the sole backend engineer at Greystone Labs where he built an array of cloud based tools used to manage the loan process. He also managed company-wide Salesforce integrations.

Before that, he worked at the digital agency Beyond where he maintained Google's Marketing Platform, formerly DoubleClick, a content management system.
